We offer refunds or replacements only in the following cases:

• You received an incorrect shipment
• You received a damaged product
• You received an expired product

To initiate a return or replacement request, please contact us within 2 (two) days or 48 hours from the date of delivery. You can reach us at care@kinokolabs.co with your order details and issue description.

Return Process

1. Once we receive your request, our team will review it within 48 hours.
2. If approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup through our courier partner.
3. After receiving the returned product, our quality team will verify the issue.
4. If the issue is confirmed, a refund or replacement will be processed within 24 hours.

Please note that any return or refund request made after 2 days or 48 hours from the delivery date will not be eligible for processing.
